WILMINGTON, N.C. – July 25, 2025 – DocsInk is shining the spotlight on Civanna Hoffman, the company’s Client Services Lead, whose mission is to translate every customer’s needs into product-enhancing action items and an outstanding service experience.
With more than a decade in customer care and seven years in healthcare, Hoffman is known for her enthusiasm, organization, and ability to prioritize what matters most to clinicians and administrators. Since joining DocsInk in February 2022, she has overseen all client support operations, serving as the crucial bridge between end-users and the development team to ensure that feedback becomes real-world platform improvements.
“DocsInk has a family-like culture that naturally extends to how we care for our clients,” Hoffman says. “Understanding each customer’s unique workflow—and then championing their ideas internally—is the most rewarding part of my role.”
Hoffman earned a Bachelor of Science in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication and a minor in International Studies from East Carolina University, equipping her with the interpersonal insight that powers her client-engagement approach. Outside the office, she is an avid traveler who has volunteered across five continents—experiences that sharpen her empathy for diverse healthcare environments. A proud Ohio native, she also sustains a long-running family tradition of cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes at “the Horseshoe.”
