DocsInk Names Nurse-Leader Blaire McElroy as Vice President of Clinical Solutions to Deepen Patient-Centered Virtual Care
WILMINGTON, N.C. – July 8, 2025 – DocsInk, a leading developer of AI-enabled virtual-care and remote-patient-monitoring solutions, today announced the appointment of Blaire McElroy, BSN, RN, BA, as Vice President of Clinical Solutions. A bilingual critical-care nurse turned digital-health executive, McElroy brings more than 18 years of frontline and leadership experience spanning bedside CVICU care, remote-care program design, and national telehealth start-ups.
In her new role, McElroy guides the strategic direction of DocsInk’s clinical offerings, translates provider requirements into product roadmaps, and drives adoption of remote patient monitoring (RPM), chronic care management (CCM), and population-health workflows across the company’s platform. She will also oversee client-success teams and develop evidence-based protocols, training materials, and best-practice playbooks that boost clinician engagement and patient outcomes.
During her tenure as Clinical Services Manager at Veta Health, McElroy led cross-functional teams that leveraged AI and wearable data to lift adherence and engagement metrics in high-acuity populations. Earlier, she spent seven years in Norton Healthcare’s CVICU, earning two “Best in Care” awards and spearheading EMR optimization by participating on the system-wide EPIC team and identifying issues and partnering with IT to develop solutions for both individual hospitals and the larger health system.
“DocsInk places patients at the center of every innovation,” said McElroy. “We’re not just building software—we’re reshaping how care is delivered. I’m thrilled to merge my passion for clinical leadership, technology, and health equity to help providers bridge gaps in care and deliver measurable, life-changing results.”
McElroy holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Louisville, a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish/Psychology from Western Kentucky University, and is a certified medical interpreter. A frequent podcast guest and Sigma Theta Tau International inductee, she remains active in community outreach, healthcare hackathons, and Christian-based service initiatives aimed at improving cultural competence and access to care.
“Blaire combines deep clinical insight with a data-driven mindset,” said Clay Malloy, President of DocsInk. “Her ability to translate frontline realities into scalable digital workflows will accelerate our vision to make personalized, value-based care the standard, not the exception.”
